Purpose of this FAQ:
To give a list of acronyms, and explain where they are used. Also to aid the
general insanity of AGC and give me something to do. :)

1) What is acronym?
An acronym is an abbreviation of a commonly (or un-commonly :) used term.
Usually it makes up something that sounds like a word, but it doesn't have
to. E.g. 'URL' (Universal Resource Locator) can be pronounced like 'earl'.
